1 Can TECHNI SERVICES operate at any event venue ?

Yes, in France TECHNI SERVICES can operate at all event sites. The client simply needs to declare us as their service provider to the organizer, regardless of whether we are officially listed as a preferred partner.

2 What is the difference between Handover Cleaning and Daily Maintenance?

Handover Cleaning (Post-Assembly) This service is performed at the end of the booth construction phase. It is a comprehensive cleaning that covers every part of the installation, Structure: Vertical partitions and headers, Fixtures: Furniture and glass surfaces, Floors: Includes the essential removal of protective films.

This service is typically ordered by booth builders and project managers. We encourage exhibitors interested in this service to consult their installer first to see if it is already included in their contract.


Daily Maintenance This service takes place before each opening day, either the evening before or early in the morning. It begins, at the earliest, on the evening of the first opening day.

The scope of this service includes floors and rental furniture.

3 How can I contact a TECHNI SERVICES manager at the event site ?

On-site Presence,Our team leaders are present at every operation and can be reached directly on their mobile phones.

If you have provided the name and phone number of a contact person present at the event, that person will receive an SMS notification containing the contact details of the TECHNI SERVICES representatives on-site.

1 What does the daily maintenance fee cover ?

The quote for daily maintenance covers the entire duration of the event. This rate varies based on the surface area to be cleaned and the length of the event.

2 Why is there a distinction between the initial deep clean and daily maintenance costs ?

These are distinct services that can be requested separately. Their specific scopes and requirements differ significantly, as explained in the "General" section.

3 When should I book a standby service, and what is the minimum billing ?

Standby cleaning services are to be used while the event is open to the public. There is a 5-hour minimum billing period for all standby personnel, including cleaning and manual labor.
